Counseling begins with identifying what is going on for you right now—feeling stuck, hopeless, hurt or angry?—and exploring several important directions: looking at how your past has shaped who you are now and looking at all of your present circumstances—around you and inside you—that are affecting your ability to find satisfaction and move forward.

HOW I CAN HELP

I start by meeting you where you are now: how you’re thinking and feeling about yourself.  Depending on your particular circumstances, we will decide together what to explore from the past, what to deal with in the present and how to move forward.
